Pasticceria Veniani was born in Gavirate in 1875 thanks to its founder Costantino Veniani.
Today, after 5 generations, his family continues the tradition, producing and distributing its most famous dessert all over the world: the Brutti e Buoni di Gavirate.
The fragrance of toasted almonds and hazelnuts makes this cake unique. The skilfully whipped egg white melts in the mouth, giving a timeless pleasure. A pinch of vanilla frames the masterpiece. The Brutti e Buoni are still made in an absolutely artisanal way and wrapped in the elegant Art Nouveau tissue paper.
