The Casa Prencipe pasta factory was founded in 2013 by two young people from Gargano, now husband and wife: Domenico and Giovanna lived in Emilia Romagna and strongly wanted to return home, to their origins, on the Gargano, in order to start a company strongly rooted in the territory together. .
An adventure that takes the name of "" Pastificio Casa Prencipe "". The project combines the quality of the product with the dream - realized - of redeveloping one of the most beautiful areas of the Gargano, the Carbonara Valley, where the new company inaugurated in 2020, in full pandemic, now stands.
The company only processes raw materials from a short supply chain. A supply chain that has always been ethical and sustainable. In fact, the pasta factory produces FRESH PASTA and DRIED PASTA only from organic Apulian wheat (partly self-produced), with eco-sustainable packaging and the use of only renewable energy.
"" Only Water, Semolina and Mountain Air "" read the company claim, which has now evolved into "" PASTA IN HIGH PURITY "" to underline the attention that the pasta factory dedicates to this theme.
