Minardo Pasta is made with 100% organic durum wheat semolina from ancient Sicilian grains. Produced in Sicily, Italy, our pasta is handcrafted, with the highest quality raw materials, to guarantee a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product. We only use Russello wheat flour, for semolina pasta, or Timilia, for wholemeal pasta, because they are rich in nutrients, GMO-free and with easily digestible gluten. Our pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all its nutritional characteristics. ​ We produce different types of pasta, suitable for numerous recipes, including vegetarian or vegan, such as wholemeal pappardelle, perfect with full-bodied sauces, such as wild boar ragù.
