Pappardelle - Organic durum wheat semolina pasta - 500 gr

Pasta Minardo is made with 100% organic Sicilian ancient grain durum wheat semolina. Produced in Sicily, Italy, our pasta is handcrafted, with the highest quality raw materials, to ensure a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product.
We only use Russello wheat flour, for semolina pasta, or Timilia, for wholemeal pasta, because they are rich in nutrients, GMO-free and with easily digestible gluten.
Our pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.

We produce different pasta shapes, suitable for numerous recipes, including vegetarian or vegan, such as papparedelle, perfect with full-bodied sauces, such as wild boar ragout.
A good and healthy pasta, ideal for a balanced diet, even for the most attentive to weight control.
