Minardo Pasta is made with 100% organic durum wheat semolina from ancient Sicilian grains. Produced in Sicily, Italy, our pasta is handcrafted, with the highest quality raw materials, to guarantee a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product. We only use Russello wheat flour, for semolina pasta, or Timilia, for wholemeal pasta, because they are rich in nutrients, GMO-free and with easily digestible gluten. Our pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all its nutritional characteristics. We produce different pasta shapes, suitable for numerous recipes, including vegetarian or vegan, such as penne with chili pepper, perfect with tomato sauce, salted ricotta and basil, and for more daring combinations such as anchovies, capers and breadcrumbs A good and healthy pasta, ideal for a balanced diet, even for those who are more careful about weight control.
