CALANQUAIS is a real pastis, 100% natural and artisanal.
Created by friends from the Côte Bleue, in Carry-le-Rouet, near Marseille, following a lively aperitif, with the friendly help of the most famous resident of the Côte Bleue, Jean-Pierre Foucault, it is dedicated to amateurs of pastis.
Its finesse, complexity and length in the mouth are obtained thanks to a subtle artisanal maceration, based on some plants from the coves of the Côte Bleue, such as savory and fennel.
Made from natural ingredients, without coloring or preservatives.
It has enjoyed great success with many loyal customers in Bouches-du-Rhône.
Thanks to Ankorstore, it is now available to French professionals outside 13.
