After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our rigate cannelloni are produced by hand by extrusion in a bronze mold then dried at low temperature for a long time (18-20 hours). Our rigate cannelloni cook quickly (6 to 8 minutes). On each of our packages, a jumper is carefully placed manually.
