Developed in collaboration with an artisanal cannery in Provence, our Provençal sauce is made from 100% French tomatoes, harvested fresh at full maturity. A unique annual production guarantees consistent quality and authentic flavors. Made from 80% tomatoes, melting onions, olive oil, herbs and spices, it offers a generous texture and a subtly spicy flavor, without additives, preservatives or colorings. Simply pasteurized, it is packaged in a jar to preserve all its freshness, with a best before date of 2 years. Ready to use, it goes just as well with Fabre artisanal pasta as with your meat, fish, rice, stuffed vegetable or toast dishes for an aperitif.
