Because durum wheat does not grow in Brittany, organic pasta from Quimperlé are cereal specialties made from soft wheat, grown in the country of Quimperlé (Finistère) by farmers engaged in organic farming. 100% local pasta, less than 150 km between field and plate! The wheat has undergone an artisanal transformation process ensuring the maximum quality of the pasta.
The flour, semi-complete and of great nutritional value, is produced by milling with a stone grinder. The drawing of the dough is carried out with bronze dies giving a slight roughness to the dough and a better grip on the sauces. In addition, soft wheat gives them a tasty taste of cereals.
