Anthony GRANGY has been passionate about chocolate/pastry making since his childhood, he opened his store in 2015 “Le Craquelin”. He likes to create flavors with healthy products: he is an artist.
Angéline BONELLI comes from a completely different universe: Transport / Logistics. Always on the lookout for a new challenge, the idea of marketing products in line with their values was obvious.
For the health of their 3 children, they have long since stopped buying industrial cakes (often opaque in composition) in order to eliminate as many processed and overly sweet foods as possible.
The objective now was to offer them a balanced snack, with healthy and tasty products: Craq's were born!
Our entourage loved it so why not you?
Initially, Les Craq's were made only for our children but faced with the enthusiasm of our loved ones... We decided to embark on the adventure by having the recipe validated by a dietician/nutritionist.
These cereal bars are excellent for our children but also for us: adults and athletes!
