The story of Pavò Franciacorta is above all a story of passion, of love for the good and the beautiful, it is the story of an idea that has something unique and magical in itself right from the choice of the name.
In fact, Pavò derives from a fortunate encounter with a splendid specimen of male peacock within the property's vineyards: its astonishing plumage and the regalness of its figure seemed the perfect symbol for the commercial adventure of this new winery.

Pavò Franciacorta is based in Provaglio d'Iseo in the north of Franciacorta, home of the best Italian sparkling wines, where the vines have grown luxuriantly since ancient times on the gentle morainic hills.
The vineyards of Pavò Franciacorta enjoy an excellent exposure to the south, south/west, in an area far from traffic, a kind of protected naturalistic area, a morainic amphitheater where the climate favored by the proximity to Lake Iseo guarantees the grapes very developed scents.
The famous Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes required by the Franciacorta method regulations are grown here and are the basis of the Pavò wines, which are products of great quality (given by the precision and scrupulousness with which all the required refinements are carried out), personality and charm. .

In the Pavò Franciacorta winery nothing is left to chance, and that is a source of pride.
The production is refined, concentrated on a few labels designed and produced to give emotions; Franciacorta DOCG capable of being remembered not only for their taste but also for the aesthetics of their presentation.
Just like the splendid peacock accidentally encountered among the rows of the vineyard, each Pavò Franciacorta bottle leaves a memory of itself to those who experience it.
