Pierre Pebeyre created his company in 1897 in a small hamlet in the north of the Lot: La Chapelle Mareuil.
This small company sells all the specialties of the region, in particular truffles, foie gras, porcini mushrooms all over France.
In 1920, his son Alain specialized 100% in truffles. He moved to Cahors and gave the company international notoriety.
Jacques took over the business in the 1950s. He reinforced the image of the house and opened it up to the great restaurants with which he had a special relationship. He makes his company a benchmark in the world of truffles.
Today Pierre-Jean, his wife Elisabeth and their children, Marie and Pierre, are going back to the founder's roots by diversifying the company's activity towards other products.
