Embutidos Pedragosa was born in 1916 in a small butcher's shop in a village close to Barcelona. Throughout the years it became a renowned factory producing dry artisan sausages thanks to our valued and award-wining products. We make high quality dry sausages using pork's noble parts. We combine our respect for handmade preparation with the implementation of the latest technology in order to continue our expansion. Thanks to our two delicatessen shops in the village of Caldes de Montbui and our participation in international trade fairs, we are on the lookout for market trends. This fact constantly motivates us to innovate and develop new products for our variety of clients, going from delicatessen shops to top supermarket chains, nationally and internationally.
