Our SICILIEN ENERVE is a slightly spicy Italian tomato sauce (Strength 4) It's a bit like an everyday sauce. A few drops are enough to spice up a dish Use: Pasta, lasagna, pizza, minestrone, fresh tomato/mozzarella salads, soups, ratatouille, dishes with tomato-based sauces Chili: Cayenne PEKOCKO are artisanal cooked chili sauces, i.e. not fermented. PEKOCKO is the meeting of the Balkans (Slovenia) with Gers and Normandy. 3 chili and cooking enthusiasts (Stéphanie, Ziga and Mojca) who combine their talents to create a range of high-end hot sauces from fresh chili peppers. Our sauces are preservative-free and additive-free.
