A dense cream, a beautiful body and a bitter note at the end of the mouth - a great authentic pleasure of espresso This is the reason why Moka JEnne has been able to demonstrate an extraordinary sensitivity and clairvoyance, by giving life to a project that would lead the company to actively contribute to the protection of the environment: the choice led to dedicating part of the production to certified organic coffees, a commitment to promote biodiversity while respecting the territories of origin of the coffee. The inclusion of beans from Ethiopia's high-altitude Sidamo region, renowned for its rich tradition, adds depth with notes of flowers, spices, dried fruits, honey, cocoa and citrus, reflecting the region's esteemed coffee heritage. From this experience Biochicco was born. The result is a selection of blends characterized by the uniqueness of aromas and flavors, the result of an exclusively natural production process.
