Pépin is a natural wine merchant based in Scherwiller, Alsace.
We have two objectives, to sublimate the land and to democratize good natural wine.
We want as many small producers as possible to make a living from organic farming, respecting the soil and quality work.
We dream that one day our children can run in the fields, as was the case in the past, without worrying that they come into contact with synthetic products while playing in the middle of the vines.
We want to say goodbye to lunar landscapes, chemical weeding, fungicides and synthetic fertilizers.
We didn't need it, we don't need it. We want the earth to regain its colors, the soil to be loose, the roots deep and the landscape rich in various plants.
We want that when you enter our plots, your body transmits to you that it is in harmony with nature, happy to tread fertile ground, to smell the flowers and wild herbs, to observe the insects that turn the earth, frolicking little animals and happy peasants who smell of sweat rather than gasoline.
We like to drink. We love aperitifs, serious food and wine pairings, sleepless nights where bottles dance, meaningless debates, loose tongues and friendships that are born at the bottom of a bottle.
