Tasting Appearance: Deep and limpid robe. Purplish shades. Nose: First fruity nose, which intensifies with black fruits. Then appear floral notes but also pomegranate. Finally, we can smell spices like pepper and cinnamon Palate: Attack on the freshness, beautiful frankness. A persistent acid frame becomes the common thread of the wine. It carries aromas of ripe black fruit. We end with spicy notes. Food & wine pairings: Tapas and charcuterie platters, honey-glazed duck breast, black fruit-based dessert, dark chocolate fondant with red fruit coulis.
