The Little Red Odyssey Salient

Eye: Red of sustained intensity, limpid, slightly purplish nuances Nose: First slightly animal nose, which quickly develops notes of menthol and fresh red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry). 

Notes of black fruits then appear, particularly blackberries. 

Finally, you can smell spices like pepper and cinnamon.  Mouth: Attack on freshness, beautiful frankness. 

This persistent acidic framework is the common thread of the wine. 

It carries aromas of fresh red fruits. 

We finish with spicy notes, notably fresh pepper.  Food & wine pairings Burrata and olive oil, tapas and charcuterie platters, fresh goat's cheese/honey toast, ceviche with pomegranate berries, white fish with a spicy sauce, nut-based dessert, dark chocolate fondant with red fruit coulis , Tiramisu.
