Orange glitch

Tasting Visual: Intense orange, clear for a maceration white without filtration. Nose: Notes of citrus fruits, sweet spices and apple/pear, refers directly to a tarte tatin. 

A lot precision. Mouth: Perfectly in agreement with the aromas discovered in nose, nice balance between the volume of the juice and the freshness provided by the well-integrated tannins. 

A nice acidity brings freshness. Food and wine pairing: Aperitif wine on a terrace sunny, it will go very well with a cheese platter cooked dough and will refresh lovers of sweets with its juicy side, a lemon tart for example.
