Red glitch

Visual: Sustained intensity red, slight haze, nuances slightly purplish. Nose: First nose on the grill in syrup, we stay on the stone fruit (cherry, prune). We end with herbs aromatics and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg). Mouth: Nice acid frame balanced by a large volume. We rediscovers the notes of stone fruits, enhanced by pepper fresh, a straight with a nice liquor and nice bitters in final. Food and wine pairings: Lamb in a salt crust, tagine with prunes, game meat with reduced red wine sauce, Italian specialties made with fresh tomatoes, Tomme à nettle, quince or mirabelle plum ice cream and apple pie, duck orange.
