Tasting
Visual: Salmon yellow, quite clear, some orange nuances.

Nose: Discreet, but opens quite quickly. Fresh exotic fruits, citrus, light saffron notes, red fruits, a little brioche. </span>

Mouth: Fresh and energetic at first glance. Fairly focused on citrus fruits, fresh exotic fruits, English sweets (harlequins). Nevertheless, it retains a nice fullness which restores a certain balance. Minty finish. </span>

Food and wine pairings: Red mullet fillet and saffron risotto, pumpkin tart, fresh goat's cheese with cumin, strawberry salad with mint and broad beans, tuna tataki, Basquaise-style tuna, lamb stew. </span>
