Calvados Out of age 35

This exceptional Calvados, Hors d'Age 35 years old in oak barrels, is a blend of three vintages: 1978, 1979 and 1980. Powerful and intense, it is a beautiful mahogany with red and golden reflections. With a fresh nose, initially green and vegetal, reminiscent of the Normandy meadows, and which fades gently to reveal some woody and caramelized notes, this Calvados is round silky, floral. It blossoms on the palate, with delicate notes of citrus, honey, spices and wood. Very beautifully elegant. Vimoutiers Competition: Gold Medal
