Perfero Caffè was born out of a friendship and pure passion. We started in 2010 with the first roasts in our Vittoria n.119 from the early 1950s. More than a simple working tool, our Vittoria has been the soul and heart of every day, even now that a brand new Probatone 25 continues its work, we wanted it as an element not only decorative but of aggregation at the center of our roasting.
