Borlotti beans are grown exclusively in Italy. They are a legume characterized by the unmistakable mottled skin of an ivory color tending towards pink and a robust consistency, rich in fibre, vitamins and iron, they are also a notable source of magnesium and potassium. Ideal to be consumed cold for delicious salads or to prepare hot soups or the typical pasta and beans. Excellent as a meat substitute. All our legumes are grown in open fields by local farmers.
