Red potatoes from the Viterbesi hills [EU only]

The red potatoes of the Viterbesi Hills have a compact pulp of an intense yellow color and a firm consistency. Characterized by a typical aroma of the fresh product, just picked. The color and consistency of their pulp are due to the presence of carotenes. They are rich in minerals, vitamins, potassium, fiber and minerals. They fight hypertension and perform an anti-inflammatory action on the gastrointestinal system. They are ideal fried, boiled, baked, and for the preparation of gnocchi and hot or cold side dishes. Colli Viterbesi red potatoes are the best variety to be fried, capable of being crunchy on the outside but soft and appetizing on the inside. It keeps its texture well even after a long cooking.
