Created in 2022, our brand reflects a passion for gastronomy and a desire for culinary innovation. Located in the heart of Auvergne, a region rich in traditions and know-how, we produce syrup pearls in an artisanal way, combining modern techniques and respect for local values.
Our syrup pearls, small spheres that burst in the mouth, offer a unique sensory experience. Carefully designed in our workshop, they release intense and varied flavors, ideal for enhancing desserts, cocktails or gourmet dishes.
From the very beginning, we have chosen to focus on quality ingredients and elegant packaging in 100 g glass jars, meeting the expectations of delicatessen professionals, restaurateurs and pastry chefs. Our currently available flavors – blackcurrant, cherry, melon and banana – embody the diversity and originality that define our brand.
