ANDan oil designed for daily use on our customers' tables and which satisfies all palates by satisfying different culinary needs.   -"PURE" SINGLE VARIETY LINE Monovarietal Coratina: The Coratina cultivar is one of the oldest and most long-lived varieties cultivated in Puglia.   Among the many nutritional properties of this cultivar, the high content of polyphenols deserves particular mention, capable of carrying out an antioxidant action, essential for counteracting free radicals, preventing cellular aging and reducing the risk of tumors. 
 Monovarietal Peranzana: The Peranzana olive is a variety of olive grown in Northern Puglia, mainly in the territory of San Severo and the province of Foggia.   It is characterized by an absolute balance between the balanced and sweet flavor and the intensity of the fruitiness perceptible with an olfactory examination.    Bag-in-Box Advantages: 1.   It protects the oil from oxidation and temperature changes, preserving its organoleptic properties.    2.   It is practical in daily use.    3.   It is completely recyclable.    Available in 5L and 3L formats.
