PETAL studio is the stationery brand of botanical illustrator, floral stylist, photographer, designer, and shopkeeper, Abigail Bell.
Each plant is carefully selected, often from her own garden, then skillfully sketched, before delicate washes of watercolour are used to highlight the beauty and intensity of the colours of nature. Lastly, the final details are added with pen and ink, in a hatching style reminiscent of 18th century engraved botanical plates.
Every stationery item in the range is proudly manufactured in the UK, using carbon neutral presses, recycled FSC assured paper and card, and printed to order to minimise waste.
