Petites Manies - Atelier Occitan is an organic and artisanal biscuit factory located in Cologne in the heart of the gers. We benefit from local productions to prepare and refine our recipes. The Occitania region is our granary, and the many agricultural productions allow us to offer you sweet cookies for gourmet moments and savory crackers for your aperitifs.
