The Atypical of Peybonhomme - Wines of France - 2023

This vintage is “atypical” due to its blend: 50% Malbec (or Côt depending on the region) and 50% Cabernet-Franc. Our Atypic 2023 is delicious, described by the greatest sommeliers as sensual. Very concentrated, the tannins are already supple, it is round in the mouth with aromas of red fruits captured in their greatest freshness. All enhanced by the peppery side of Malbec. Drink now with all types of dishes except fish, serve slightly chilled at around 17-18°C. Very enjoyable on a summer grill. Red Vintage: 2023 50% Malbec, 50% Cabernet Franc 75cl
