The pressed mineral powders also give a light silky texture that makes you feel like you are wearing no make-up at all. Instructions for use 1. Use the PHB Retractable Kabuki Brush or the Powder Brush for best results. (The softest brushes you'll ever try!) 2. For best results, use on cleansed and moisturised skin. 3. Swirl the brush through the powder and then apply to the skin with sweeping or swirling motions. Start with a small amount and build up several layers as you wish. 4.
