My Fleur de sel which is picked delicately from the surface of the water, my coarse gray salt, are neither washed nor treated and drain naturally.
I use artisanal methods without any mechanization: by hand, with the same tools used for centuries.
Being a Saunier means respecting an environmental approach, from harvest to bagging.
These natural paintings and this light of which I will never tire of only exist when they are respected....My salt is harvested by hand, dried then put in bags immediately.
