Notice to salmon lovers, this mixture is made for you! Preparation : Place your salmon fillet on a dish, generously spread the gravelax mixture. (around 250 grams for a 1kg fillet) Leave for 48 hours then remove the excess by hand. Enjoy, it’s ready.
