Pif à Papa is the story of Fady and Antoine, father and son, embarking on the adventure of producing natural wine in Île-de-France. They produce twelve different cuvées a year: red, white, rosé and even orange wine.
While waiting to be able to mainly exploit the grapes of their own vineyard in Île-de-France (French Vexin, 95), by the next harvest, Antoine and Fady have selected winegrowers who cultivate. grape varieties they want to plant and which work organically or biodynamically. They harvest by hand at their partners' premises before bringing their harvest in whole bunches to their cellar in Courbevoie where they do all the vinification without adding yeasts, enzymes and other oenological products and with the minimum of sulphur.
