Le Blanc de la Nièce - Natural Wine / Natural Wine - Organic Grapes

This clementine natural cuvée (a blend of white wine and orange wine) is surprising with its powerful aromas of lychee and rose and its tangerine-colored color reminiscent of nothing known. We will harvest the grapes by hand from winegrowers in the Loire and Alsace then we bring them back to Courbevoie (a suburb of Paris) in whole bunches to vinify them. Lively and fruity, the aromas evoke a dessert of toasted lychee and rose blossom.
