Le Cabernet de Papa 2022 - Natural Wine - Organic Wine

It is a tannic and fruity red, the aromas evoke a fall on a lawn, blackcurrant berries crushed in grass. 
We will harvest the grapes at a partner winemaker in Anjou then we bring the grapes in whole bunches to Courbevoie (a suburb of Paris) where they are vinified.
 Cold maceration for 48 hours then fermentation begins, we pump over daily for three weeks then we press the grapes and 8 months of aging in vats.
