It is a fruity and refreshing natural red wine. We harvest the grapes at a partner winegrower in Anjou, then we bring the grapes in whole bunches to Courbevoie (a suburb of Paris) where they are vinified. A cold maceration of 48 hours then the fermentation starts, we do daily pumping over for a week then we press the grapes and 6 months of aging in vats.
