Le Chenin de Maman - Natural Wine / Natural Wine - Organic Grapes

This natural cuvée is surprising with its explosive aromas of fruit and its cloudy color reminiscent of pure grape juice. We will harvest the grapes by hand at a partner winegrower on the Butte de Chaume, in Anjou, then we bring them back to Courbevoie (a suburb of Paris) in whole bunches to vinify them.
