Papi's Gamay - Natural Wine - Organic Wine

It is a light and spicy natural red. We harvest the grapes at a partner winegrower in Anjou, then we bring the grapes in whole bunches to Courbevoie (a suburb of Paris) where they are vinified. Partly vinified in semi-carbonic maceration, which gives it intense aromas reminiscent of forest fruits crushed in a bowl with black pepper.
