Le Sauvignon de la Frangine 2022 - Natural Wine / Organic Wine

It is an intensely aromatic, fruity and floral white, the aromas evoke a moment between friends, around an elderflower cocktail, lying in the grass with a basket of citrus and passion fruit.       We pick up these grapes from winegrowers Elisabeth and Greg Nouteau, who work their vines organically for 50 years. 
They come from a plot in Anjou. 
We collect the grapes by hand then we put the boxes in the refrigerated trucks. 
3 15 hour drive then arriving in Courbevoie we continue with the winemaking.
 The grapes arrive at 8°C in the cellar. 
They are immediately pressed, vinified in stainless steel tank to maintain tension. 
We use 5% of the grounds during the fermentation to provide a more intense aroma and body. 
GOOD unusual, we decided to do malolactic fermentation to break the piercing acidity of Sauvignon and bring roundness.
 We do not use any doses of sulfur.
