P.I.Project - Patrimonio Inmaterial - seeks to promote and distribute artisanal products resulting from ancestral know-how of Mexican communities. It is in a concern to fight against the extinction of exceptional traditions that P.I. supports and claims the richness of artisanal confections, a reflection of Mexican intangible heritage.
Each craft, entirely handmade, is the fruit of skills and knowledge transmitted orally and visually within the communities and reveals a rigorous and quality artisanal technique, symbol of a cultural identity. P.'s approachI. therefore aims to be ethical and concerned about the working conditions of each craftsman.
The purchase of P products.I. not only allows the preservation of a heritage threatened by globalization but also the fight against the phenomenon of mass migration which is affecting Mexico, artisans can thus live from their trade while continuing to pass it on from generation to generation.
