Founded in August 2019, Pique Assiettes is a brand of the Alélor company. This family SME based in Alsace has specialized in the manufacture of condiments since 1873. In response to the emergence of the organic movement in the 1980s, the company quickly offered alternative organic solutions. This expertise of more than 30 years in selecting the best organic condiments allows us today to guarantee delicious, healthy and quality products.

Our location in Alsace ensures us a central position in the heart of Europe, within easy reach of the best know-how in France and Germany. During various trips, meetings and discoveries, we have forged strong links with farmers and producers on one side or the other of the border. These exchanges result from partnerships, some of which have lasted for 25 years, to supply us with the most local raw materials possible.
