Organic sweet and sour pickles are firm and crunchy, a delight to accompany your hamburgers and salads.  Pique-Assiettes pickles are grown closest to our factory, in Germany, just across the border.  The harvest takes place at the rhythm of nature, throughout the summer to offer the most heat and sun to the gherkins.  Manual picking requires constant monitoring and a lot of know-how to ensure proper sizing.  After harvest, the gherkins are washed, sorted and then pasteurized.   The preparation has been perpetuated for more than twenty-five years thanks to a trusted partnership with farmers committed to an organic approach.  Seasoned according to a traditional sweet and sour recipe which ensures a subtle balance between vinegar and sweetness, our organic pickles maintain both their sweetness and firmness.  All our jars are pasteurized and hermetically sealed.  All the flavors and nutrients of our products remain intact, without any added preservatives.  Organic sweet and sour pickles can be eaten in your hamburgers and salads.
