The scent of wild garlic is more subtle and fine than that of common garlic grown in gardens.  Combined with our mustard, it proves to be a precious ally to accompany vegetables or fish.  Wild Garlic mustard will also be delicious to garnish a savory pie or to make a vinaigrette for a potato salad.  Our Organic Wild Garlic Mustard is made in our workshop in Alsace with mustard seeds grown in France by partner farmers.
