Spicy but delicate, this slightly spicy mustard with all the flavor of Espelette pepper is very aromatic.  A real success as an accompaniment to white and red meats and even fish en papillote.  Superb for spicing up sauces, vinaigrettes, mayonnaises, etc. and for coating meats to be grilled.  Our Organic Espelette Pepper Mustard is made in our workshop in Alsace with mustard seeds grown in France by partner farmers and sun-dried AOC French Espelette pepper.
