Pique-Assiettes is committed to working with French farmers to source locally and has set up a supply chain for organic and French mustard seeds. Our partner farmers grow mustard seed in France. The mustard seeds, ripe and swollen, are burst with a grinder, releasing all their power which will make your palate dance with red or white meats, vegetables and quiches. Did you know ? The name "Dijon mustard" is not a protected designation of origin, it is a very specific manufacturing process which defines the way of making this strong mustard. Thus, our Organic Dijon mustard is handcrafted using a stone mill in our workshop in Alsace.
