The Piwi collective wants to massively promote the agricultural transition in viticulture. We support and support producers in restructuring their vineyards to fungus-resistant grape varieties and thus save up to 80% on plant protection. Following the example of a cooperative, we function as a winery and contract grape producers with us. We then process the Piwi grapes into really great crémant, all produced ourselves: fair, organic and really tasty!
