NOU CRÉMANT

Our Crémant consists entirely of Piwis, new varieties that require little plant protection and represent the future of organic viticulture.  We produce everything ourselves and do not have any external production done!  In our factory, the Crémant is made using the traditional method as in Champagne and was hand-picked from the Piwi varieties Cabernet Blanc, Johanniter and Souvignier Gris.  The bottle fermentation and the long yeast storage make it a hit!  For an aperitif, festive occasions or simply for wild partying until the early hours, our Crémant definitely won't bore you.  Have fun, let the corks pop and work with us to ensure a sustainable future in viticulture.  The product can be sold for 5 years after shipping.
