NOU SECCO

Johanniter, Sauvignac and Cabernet Blanc make the NOU-Secco simply exciting. Somehow it reminds me of Salted caramel and at the same time vineyard peaches and juicy pears. Simply happy and delicious. Finally one dry secco that animates and puts you in a good mood! We use environmentally friendly, fungus-resistant grape varieties for our organic Secco and thus save significantly CO2 and up to 80% of plant protection. We promote biodiversity and offer winemakers from our collective a fair wage and help with the switch to organic Piwi viticulture.
