Curry is to India what 5 spices is to China. More or less strong depending on the region and the dish, curries are available in ground spice mixes or as a paste. The curry is a Massal, a mixture, traditionally prepared by the malsachi, literally “the mixers” of India. And as always our spices are toasted and ground to order for more freshness and flavor, one of the specificities of Place des Epices
